I’ve been with Theorem for a month now and I truly could not be happier with my experience. Dominick is incredibly knowledgeable about pain management, exercise, diet, and everything in between. He not only provides expert guidance, but he also keeps me accountable (which is exactly what I needed.) Having someone to push me, educate me, and hold me responsible for my choices has made all the difference.
Because of his program, I lost 6 lbs in just the first week, and I continue to see progress each week with both weight loss and muscle gain. What I really love is how personalized the sessions are. Dominick takes the time to understand all of my past injuries, areas of pain, and personal challenges, then builds a customized program that works perfectly for me.
The gym itself is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need. Even though my sessions are only 30 minutes twice a week, I leave feeling strong, accomplished, and yes, sore in the best possible way! I have been training with Dominick at Theorem Fitness for several months and during this time I have seen marked improvement in my physical health and strength. Dominic is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in a pre-interview, tailors very specific work out plans for each individual. I have multiple health issues- he researched them to better understand how to best help me. He really focuses on resolving pain issues, as well as areas that need to be strengthened.
Dominic is one-on-one with each person. He is driven, focused, motivating, and truly cares. He often follows up with me the day after our visits to see how I feel, and motivates me to keep coming back! He created a specific food/meal plan for me, as well as an at home exercise plan.
